Calculation Tools

Three types of calculations are available. For more diverse calculations, use the Cosmo Calculation Sheet.

① Calculation of Equivalent Internal Volume/Detection Time/Differential Pressure/Leak Rate
② Gas Leak Rate Comparison (In case of the same Gas)
③ Gas & Liquid Leak Rate comparison

【How to use】

• Enter single-byte numbers in all white boxes.
• Press the Calculation button to display the result in the gray box.
• When the Delete button is displayed, pressing it will erase all input values and results.

Calculate the differential pressure values for the leak rates shown in the LM-1C-J1 Series Data Table below.

【How to use】

• Enter values for Equivalent Internal Volume/Detection Time in single-byte numbers.
• Select the value for Test Pressure from the drop-down.
• Calculation result will be automatically displayed.
• For measuring the equivalent internal volume, a Leak Master that generates a differential pressure (Pa) of 100 to 500 Pa is suitable.

Use the calculation results of this system just as reference values.
We are not responsible for any problem or trouble caused by the calculation results.

Cosmo Calculation Sheets are multifunctional calculation sheets made in Excel.
Just enter the conditions, and solutions such as the leak rate and the volume equivalent are displayed.
