By using diluted hydrogen gas (95 % nitrogen, 5 % hydrogen), minute leaks can be detected.
Using inexpensive general industrial gas (95 % nitrogen, 5 % hydrogen) as a tracer gas and a sensor that does not react to gases other than hydrogen gas realizes highly sensitive measurement.
Even immediately after detecting a large leak, sensitive measurement can be made immediately.

Features of diluted hydrogen gas

  • Hydrogen gas is not easily affected by the atmosphere because it is present at only 0.5 ppm in the air.
  • It is cheaper than helium gas.
  • A mixture of 5 % hydrogen and 95 % nitrogen is not flammable.
  • Since it is not a natural resource, a stable supply is possible.

Features of the product

  • It does not react to gases other than hydrogen, so it is not affected by other gases in the measurement environment.
  • The sensor at the tip of the probe reacts to hydrogen in a short time.
  • Use the OLED on the hand probe to check the leak and other information without having to check the main unit.
